 Javascript Help Please!!, Where should I place my code? (1 Replies, Read 1757 times)

Hello All!

I am new to these forums, and love them!  I am having some trouble though and wondered if I could get some quick help.  I will say this right now: Javascript and PHP both make me go DUH....  I am an HTML / CSS guy.  I want to place some javascript I have managed to get working within the forums.  It\'s purpose is to make users log on to the website and not sneak through login by typing in the URL, etc.  This code goes on pages allowed by logged in users only.  It kicks you to the login screen (login.html) if you try to get around without logging in.







JAVASCRIPT CODE:

I want to know where in the forum files I could place this javascript so you have to log in to the website before you can even access the fourm section.  Can I place this in the PHP or is there another location?

Thanks for the response.  I am looking into PHP since it is server side.  The learning process is not the easiest  (looks easier than Javascript though!).  I used that javascript as it is here: http://www.coffeecup.com/password-wizard/help/forcing-logins-through-the-applet-password-page.230.html 

I do not use CoffeeCup's Password App though.
