Hello  i want to add those thing in my Forum registration Page Plz as soon as possible give me any trick how to add this Questions in Registration Page

1 Where Did U Find Us
2 Gender Selection
3 Date of Birth
4 Real Name means First or Last name

Its not big issue there is some working is going on in the admin level so it is coming.
