bref webforce tu as deux possibilités :
1 : enlever les accents....

2 : changer l'encodage des caractères de firefox.

vas dans l'onglet en haut de firefox : affichage.

sélectionnes : encodage des caractères.

la choisis unicode (UTF-8)

et voila problème résolu 

pour ton autre soucis bannière,en cherchant bien souvent dans images,etc....
il suffit de trouver la bannière via ton ftp souvent dans images,de la remplacer par la tienne en la renommant et respectant bien les dimensions comme celle de aef,tu l'écrases via ton ftp...
petite astuce :
clic droit sur la bannière aef et regardes infos sur l'image ..dans ton cas elle est placé ici :
ton adresse du site/aef/themes/default/images/aeflogo.jpg...
voila tu la remplace par la tienne en respectant le nom et les dimensions et l'extension.jpg


si tu installe un thème elle sera donc dans le nom du thème a la place de /défault/....
