Basically, its supposed to be seen as a more interative and productive version of the Ruby programming language. Ruby on Rails is open-source framework for the web. Its said to be for programmer\'s productivity and happiness, by letting you write excellent code. Here is a video that shows you how to make a weblog (Blog) in 15 Minutes. That reminds me of Run BASIC, lol.
