Uploaded fix for the title.

Greetings, here is our first theme for AEF 1.0.6.
This theme is much like the default one but doing some small modifications to make it look Web 2.0.

Theme Name: BlueWeb
Works With: 1.0.6
Works With Modifications: Should work with most because the code is generally the same, although if you find one that doesn't I will code it for you.
Size: 648 Kbit
