Considering members have the option (and I'd like to make it mandatory) to enter their birthday in their profile, I'd like to announce birthday's at the bottom of the index page.  I would like to give members the option to have their birthday displayed, but without age if they so choose. 

Where it would look something like:

Happy Birthday:  member1, member2 (27), member3 (51)

In that example, member1 opted to have their age not displayed, where member2 and member3 have decided on the default to display their ages (being 27 and 51 respectively).
