How to Lock/Unlock a Topic

To lock or unlock a topic, just go to the top and click on Options and then Lock Topic or Unlock Topic. This will change depending on current status of topic.

What does Unlocking/Locking a Topic do?
Locking a topic makes it so that no one but moderators and administrators can post in a topic. Unlocking a topic allows the topic to receive replies again.
